Striped Bass Fishing on Maryland's Chesapeake Bay - May 21-22, 2009

The Chesapeake Bay summer striped bass are back, here at Sawyer Charters! Just look at the picture above. We trolled for them today, and we had our limit by 10:30am! Most of them ranged between 18 and 24 inches in length! These are very good eating fish! We expect these beautiful Maryland striped bass to keep on coming, and we plan to use light tackle while fishing for them in the very near future!

After a long absence, it was good to be back out yesterday, fishing on the Chesapeake Bay! We don't have any pictures as we didn't get back to the dock until dark, but we did very well, catching some of these beautiful Chesapeake Bay Maryland summer striped bass, 18"-24" in length! Some of them were over 30", so the big fish are still around. It's just a matter of finding them.

Hook up with us for the best Chesapeake Bay fishing that Maryland has to offer! Also, be on the lookout for croakers and bluefish in the very near future. We have plenty of dates available! Get on over to http://www.sawyercharters.com/!
